Re-Digitization
If digitized files do not meet the agreed specifications or quality standards, we will re-process your photographs at no additional charge. Please contact us with specific concerns, and we will work to address them.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for services that have not been completed or delivered. Once digitization is complete and files are delivered, refunds are generally not available, but we will work with you to resolve any issues.
Original Photograph Returns
If you have shipped original photographs to us, they will be returned to you via the shipping method you specified. We take care to package and return originals in the same condition they were received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Digital File Delivery
Digital files are delivered via the method agreed upon during consultation. If you experience issues accessing or downloading files, please contact us. We will provide alternative delivery methods if needed.
